Weekend Rugby

Back in profit in a big way on the rugby after a stonking weekend, calling five from five

Super 14

The weekend’s rugby punting started beautifully as the Hurricanes beat the Queensland Reds.

Then the Crusaders (and when they started to fire they looked awesome) defeated the Bulls quite easily up on the South African veld.

All that we needed for a three-from-three for Round 2 of the Super 14 was the Blues to dump some points on the Lions in Johannesbourg and as they racked up 55 points and won handsomely I reckon it is time to cheer from the rafters, as we went 100% and caned the Super 14.

Six Nations

Wales cleared the handicap for us quite easily, and then England did better than even I envisaged and gave us a great profit by actually winning in Paris. We started on them around 5/2 as a trade and after a Paul Sackey try and two kicks from Jonny boy it was 10-0 and we were in clover.

As for Ireland v Scotland I left it alone as I wanted to make this a 100% weekend over five games. A fortnight ago I had a nightmare weekend when England cricket let me down for our series bets, but consider the last two weeks.

Last week I advised one bet – well sourced and I insisted upon discipline as I desperately needed a win after the bad weekend prior. We did that and made some money back as the Force lost.

Now this week we have hammered the bookies.

We all suffer bad days or trots but what we did is important.
1. Back to basics and pick one bet
2. Reduce stakes and start to rebuild the account – slowly if necessary
3. Remember our strategy and review to see if we strayed
4. Do the research, I kept watching matches on video searching for ideas and then over three days considered what I thought would make money

And here we are. The account is back rocking!!
