Everything we touched (or wagered on) turned to gold at the weekend
On Thursday we backed the Cleveland Browns against Denver Broncos and unfortunately they ended up on the losing end, although I did mention how bad both defenses were and that points were likely. I was right as 64 points were scored but we were on the wrong end of the result.
It all picked up on Saturday and Sunday though.
First of all, South Africa beat Wales for an 8/15 win, before the New England Patriots got us some more money by beating Buffalo Bills at 20/37.
All of this was good news going into the last game which was a trader between Pittsburgh Steelers and Indianpolis Colts as both started around evens. Let’s study the scoring considering we were laying the team taking the lead;
TD Steelers 7-0
TD Colts 7-7
TD Steelers 14-7
FG Steelers 17-7
TD Colts 17-14
FG Colts 17-17
And that finished the third quarter. At this stage we should have made plenty of money and be sitting back watching the end but not getting involved. Why should we risk it when we have had at least 2 major price moves to benefit from?
Overall it was a splendid weekend again and added with the cricket profit from Friday we should be well ahead.
