Leading bookmakers sign up for an exciting interactive sports betting service

Leading global digital sports specialist Perform has signed a series of deals with some of the world’s biggest bookmakers to provide them with over 4,000 live sports events each year through its live, sports internet TV service – watchandbet.tv.

Ladbrokes, Paddy Power, Unibet and Sportingbet are the latest bookmakers to sign up to the fully managed white-label service enabling them to offer their customers multiple, broadcast-quality live streams from a range of premium international sports including International Football, European Club Football, ATP and WTA Tour Tennis and many other sports. The service is already live and well established with Bet365, Betfair and William Hill and their customer base.

These deals follow a series of high profile rights acquisitions completed by Perform for a wealth of internet rights, including over 500 FIFA 2010 World Cup Qualifier matches from Europe, Asia and the Americas, the UEFA Cup, Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana, over 50 ATP Tournaments and an extensive range of matches from the English Football League and English Carling Cup. Perform has also recently teamed up with Barry Hearn’s Matchroom Sports to produce their own Snooker and Darts events (Championship League Snooker and Championship League Darts) which feature the world’s best players and are streamed live solely for their betting partners.

Ross MacEacharn, Managing Director watchandbet.tv at Perform said: “There is an increasing need for bookmakers to evolve their product to keep up with their consumers’ demands and drive new revenue streams.

“Through our innovative technologies and market leading rights portfolio, we are allowing our partners to offer sports fans access to premium live sports events online with pictures as fast and as good quality as those on television.

“Research shows that customers are much more willing to bet on action that they can actually watch live, so we are providing bookmakers with additional content and their customers with exciting, premium sport from around the world.”
