Tuesday racing

If you don’t follow Stuart’s advice these days, you are throwing money away. Three out of three for the tipster in Tuesday’s races. 

Nottingham

As is always the case with races containing un-raced horses we should check the betting market for horses with a large volume of betting support. Blow Hole is one that should be noted if he falls into that category. That said this looks likely to settle down to three from the field.

Barricado is closely related to a number of winners over a mile and beyond, he did best of the newcomers on debut and should have come on for that experience. A big run is expected.

King Kenny showed some ability on debut but then looked a less than straightforward ride on the All Weather last time out, still one for the shortlist however.

My tip goes to Glorious Gift who showed promise in his previous starts and raced like he needed his seasonal return. Now fully race fit we should see him at his best.

A decent race in prospect and two horses stick out from the field. Sky Dive showed plenty of promise on debut and ran well for a long way giving the look of a horse that would come into their own in time and with further. He followed that up with a nice win in what looked to be a decent race and he is certainly not a horse to be underestimated in this company.

I like the look of the hat-trick seeking Jaser who showed that his winter break had suited him with a nice win under top weight last time out. He looks like he will come on further for that race and is one to keep on the right side of despite a likely hike in the weights in the future.

A big field for this Maiden but this looks a good opportunity for Bold Choice to break his duck. He looked to be a nice prospect as a two year old last year with a couple of creditable efforts in Maidens and a decent fourth in Listed Company before his winter break last time out. That run should be good enough to take a race of this grade but if he has come on in the winter then this should be a breeze. The betting market should be checked for the chances of the debutants.
