The online casino arm of Stanley Leisure has been acquired by interactive betting firm Leisure & Gaming for £1.86m.
It is the company’s second recent gambling acquisition, following on from their purchase of online gambling company VIP.
Under the new agreement, Leisure & Gaming will be responsible for developing future Stanley-branded online products. In return, Stanley will recommend its bricks and mortar casino members use Leisure & Gaming’s website products.
The deal is initially agreed for a 12 month period, covering poker, casino and slots.
Leisure & Gaming spokesman Alistair Assheton told the press, "We are very pleased to announce these ventures with Stanley Leisure, which include the acquisition of their online casino business, and a wider partnership in online gaming.
"We are confident these will deliver great value to both parties moving forwards."
