A 100% success in our betting on the rugby union internationals
International Rugby
Saturday was a mega rugby day and we had plenty of our hard earned cash on the line. How did we do? Well, bloody fantastic if I do say so myself.
1) England vs South Africa
A half stake on the Springboks at evens was our first win and then another half stake to lay the side scoring first until it becomes one way traffic.
Our early lay of England after they took a 3-0 lead from a penalty was taken at 1.78 and we never needed to change it as South Africa started to bulldoze forward and in no time were 14-3 up. Game over and two great wins!
2) Ireland vs Argentina
Back Ireland in a must win match after last week’s shambles against the All Blacks. It was a straight-up call and the Irish obliged us with a handsome win at 4/7.
3) Wales vs New Zealand
No advice here. I said I might look at total points around 43 but I did nothing. There was no buzz about this match. If you took the gamble advice of an early lay of All Blacks then well done as for 40 minutes you had plenty of opportunities to double your money profit.
4) France vs Australia
If the rest of the day had gone well – read above and I think even the most curmudgeonly of you would agree we were in clover – then the tip was on a straight up win for the Aussies at evens. Kerching and thank you very much the Wallabies.
More profit from rugby to make it a 100% afternoon and plenty of the old spondulies for the account.
