£40k guaranteed Main Event kicks off on Friday at the Rendezvous Casino in Brighton
Unibet was the first poker site to take the fight to the pros, banning HUDs and introducing other measures to ensure that everyone is on an even playing field. Now it’s taking the fight to the streets of the UK, with an added-value low-stakes tour that’s set to take the UK by storm.
The first leg is in Brighton and the £220+£20 buy-in Main Event starts at the newly refurbished Rendezvous Casino in Brighton this Friday. It comes with a £40k guarantee and the format means you can re-enter once on either Day 1a (Friday) or Day 1b (Saturday). Alternatively, you can opt to play both Day 1s and take your largest stack through to the final day on Sunday.
The Main Event has been supported by a week of side events in Brighton and that continues with a £50+£5 re-entry tonight (8.15pm) and a £70+£7 re-entry tomorrow (7pm).

Unibet has also announced the dates for the next stops on the tour, guaranteeing a total of £200,000 in prizes. After Brighton, the tour moves to the Alea Casino in Nottingham (April 15-17), before retuning to Brighton (June 3-5). From there the tour goes to Glasgow in October and finishes in Manchester in December.
On top of the first-place prize money, the winner of each Main Event will also win a €2,000 Unibet Open package. A €2,000 Unibet Open package will also go the online qualifier who lasts longest in each event – online qualifiers are available exclusively at Unibet Poker and qualifiers for the Nottingham leg will begin February 15.
