Reports suggest the final table of the World Series of Poker Main Event will be delayed until November…
The USA Today website is carrying a story that the World Series of Poker Main Event final table will be delayed until November to fit in with ESPN’s plans for televising the tournament.
It means that the tournament will begin, as scheduled, on 3 July, and play down to nine players on 14 July, before reconvening for the final table on 9 November.
This allows ESPN to televise the entire tournament before braodcasting the denounement.
