PartyPoker.com Premier League Poker set for broadcast in the UK on Channel 4

PartyPoker.com and Matchroom Sport are pleased to announce that PartyPoker.com Premier League Poker starts its run on Channel 4 in the UK on Tuesday 22 May at 11.50pm.

The first episode will feature Phil Hellmuth, Dave “The Devilfish” Ulliott, Tony G, Andy Black, Liz Lieu and Kirill Gerasimov.

PartyPoker.com Premier League Poker features 12 of the world’s best players playing in a unique league format for a $500,000 pot. Each player bought-in for $20,000, with PartyPoker.com adding $260,000.

The field included the world’s top players, including, Liz Lieu, Ian Frazer, Roland De Wolfe, Vicky Coren, Juha Helppi, Kenna James and Eddy Scharf.

After each player played six times, the leading 4 players advanced to the final table with the bottom four relegated. Players in 5th – 8th place played off in heads-up matches for the remaining two seats at the final table.
