The line-up for PartyPoker.com Premier League III is becoming more and more formidable by the week and www.partypoker.com is pleased to announce two more invitations to the elite event which starts a week today (Monday 24th November).

The latest to be added to the all star line-up and strongest field in the Premier League’s history are Peter Eastgate and Tom ‘Durrrr’ Dwan. This pair are the hottest young guns on the circuit and they join Tony G, Dave ‘Devilfish’ Ulliott, Annette Obrestad, Roland de Wolfe, Andy Black, Juha Helppi, JC Tran, Nenad Medic and Victoria Coren in the line-up. There is now just one more name to confirm…

Peter Eastgate, a 22-year-old from Odense, Denmark recently made history by winning the 2008 WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas scooping $9,152,416 to become the youngest ever Main Event champion and he is making his first post-WSOP appearance at PartyPoker.com Premier League III.

Eastgate said: “This is my first event since the WSOP Main Event final table so I am delighted to be part of a world class line-up. I am the man in form and want to show people why I am the World Champion.”

22-year-old Tom ‘Durrrr’ Dwan is undoubtedly one of poker’s hottest talents and is one of the circuit’s most respected players with estimated online winnings in 2008 believed to exceed $6 million. On 26th October 2008, during a session of $500/$1000 No-Limit Hold’em, Dwan played the biggest pot to date in online poker, $723,938, losing with KK versus Urindanger’s AA. Originally from Edison in New Jersey, Dwan is quite simply a high stakes legend and one of poker’s most feared players both online and offline.

Dwan said: “I’m really excited about coming to play the Premier League and am honoured to be invited. The line-up is simply world class and I am coming to London determined to win.”

PartyPoker.com Premier League III sees the buy-in elevated to $75,000 and the added money raised to $350,000, making a total prize pool of $1.25 million. The next event wasn’t due to take place until 2009 but the demands of international broadcasters for coverage of the event has brought it forward! The series developed by Matchroom Sport, features 12 of the world’s best players playing in a unique league format. All 12 players will play six times in the preliminary stages. The leading four players will then progress to the final table with the next four battling it out in heads-up matches for the final two seats.
