Paddy Power are offering to make the ordinary poker player’s dreams come true with their new promotion, which could set you up as a globetrotting poker pro.

Paddy Poker Face, the new tournament promotion running over the next seven months on paddypowerpoker.com, gives one lucky player the opportunity to live their dream as a professional poker player for one year.

The package includes salary, tournament buy-ins and expenses and is worth $200,000. The grand final of Paddy Poker Face takes place in the Golden Nugget Casino, Las Vegas on 7 May, 2007.

Every month sees a $600 buy-in grand final with a guaranteed prize package of $12,500. There are various feeder events on a daily basis where players can qualify for the monthly final:

• MTT feeders to Weekly feeders: daily at 1am / 5am / 3pm and 8pm – $2 Re-buy
• MTT feeders to Monthly final: daily at 10pm – $25 Re-buy
• MTT feeders to Monthly final: daily at 8pm – $40 Freezeout
• STT continuous feeder to Monthly final – $70 buy-in

Each package awards the player a seat in the ‘Poker Face’ tournament in the Golden Nugget, Las Vegas, 7 May 2007.

This Poker Face grand final guarantees one player a package to help them turn professional for one year and the $200,000 prize will be split as follows:

• $70,000 salary for a year
• $30,000 travel and accommodation allowance
• $100,000 in tournament entries
