PokerStars 10 year celebrations get bigger and better
Less than a week after penciling in a world record MTT attempt, PokerStars has continued its 10th birthday celebrations by announcing a bumper $1m guaranteed Sunday Storm for December 11.
The $11 event usually attracts a few thousands players, but even with the huge prizepool, the event is unlikely to attract the 100,000 runners needed to meet its guarantee. And you know what that means – a healthy overlay for all those who enter. Mmmmm, overlay…
The one-off event is part of PokerStars mammoth 10th anniversary celebrations, and alongside the $1 record attempt announced last week, and a staggering $10,000,000 guaranteed Sunday Million on December 18, it’s safe to say the world’s biggest poker site knows how to celebrate its birthday in style.
