PokerStars.com European Poker Tour Grand Final to be broadcast on Channel 4 from Monday 26 May

For the first time ever, the PokerStars.com EPT will appear on mainstream TV as Channel Four broadcasts thrilling coverage of the Monte Carlo tournament across three shows next week.

The TV shows follow the action on the televised table throughout the later stages of the tournament, culminating in the enthralling final table featuring Luca Pagano, Antonio Esfandiari, Isaac Baron and eventual champion, Glen Chorny.

The show also features a wide range of players from established professionals including Freddy Deeb to online talents such as Eric Liu.

Dates for broadcast are as follows:

– 12:25am Monday May 26th
– 12:35am Thursday May 29th
– 12:05am Saturday May 31st

The EPT Grand Final was the biggest poker tournament ever held outside of the US, attracting a record field of 842 players who anted up the €10,000 entry fee, creating a total prize pool of over €8.4 million ($12m) and a first prize of over of €2 million.
