Red hot German Fabian Quoss wins second ever English Poker Open
German player Fabian Quoss has won the 2010 English Poker Open for £220,650. It’s the second great result for Quoss within two weeks as he also finished 7th at the WPT London.
A total of 193 players bought into the event at London’s Palm Beach casino including a host of British stars. Despite deep runs for the likes of Phil Laak and Liv Boeree the final table was bereft of star names, the most famous perhaps being PartyPoker pro Felipe Ramos. He eventually finished 4th for £54,300.
Last year’s inaugural English Poker Open was won by semi-pro player David La Ronde and was held at Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham.
