Online hotshot Justin ‘ZeeJustin’ Bonomo will play for Team Bodog at the 2008 World Series of Poker
With the World Series of Poker fast approaching, poker operators continue to sign up players to wear their colours to play at the Rio with the eyes of the world watching.
Bodog has announced that it has signed 22-year-old professional poker player Justin Bonomo to its roster of Team Bodog pros.
The accomplished young cardplayer from Los Angeles, who is known around the poker world simply as “ZeeJustin,” will join Team Bodog pros David Williams, Evelyn Ng and Jean-Robert Bellande at the Bodog online poker tables and at major televised tournaments, including this summer’s World Series of Poker in Las Vegas.
“Justin is one of the most feared and skilled players in poker today and we’re thrilled to officially have him join our team of world-class poker pros,” says Morris Mohawk Gaming Group CEO Alwyn Morris. “Justin lives and breathes the Bodog lifestyle and is a perfect fit for us. We expect him to make a lot of noise this year for Team Bodog, beginning with the WSOP this summer.”
Known for his aggressive playing style, analytical approach to the game and ability to quickly read opponents, Bonomo has become a dominating force at major tournaments around the world, amassing more than $1 million in winnings on the international poker circuit.
“I’m extremely excited about joining the select ranks of Team Bodog pros and becoming an ambassador for the Bodog brand alongside David, Evy and Jean-Robert. I know each of them personally and have tremendous respect for them,” Bonomo shared.
