Betfair Poker continues to give all its players the chance to go to the Betfair Asian Poker Tour, Singapore’s first-ever poker tournament.

This weekend October 14/15 players can win $8,000 packages which cover flights, 5 star hotel accommodation and the $5000 buy-in to the event which is expected to generate a prize pool of up to $2m. The lucky winner could take home up to $500,000.

This weekend is the second Madness promotion, following on from two weeks ago when 26 hopefuls booked their place at the event.

Players will need to win four Single Table Tournaments (STTs) in a row, if they play the £60 stakes+ level tables, to win a seat in Singapore. The requirements go up to five in a row and six in a row at lower stake levels.

A special $212 buy-in “Singapore SIXPAK” tournament will take place on Sunday at 1630 (UK time). It has a guaranteed $8,000 of added value and will give away six packages. Satellites to this tournament are on offer from $10.

Anybody accumulating five hours of cash game play on Saturday and Sunday, or eight hours on either day, will earn a place in a freeroll where four seats are on offer.
