British high stakes pro Andrew Feldman signs a deal with Full Tilt Poker
Check-Raise Management today announces its young poker pro from the UK, Andrew Feldman, has joined Team Full Tilt as a ‘red pro.’
Feldman from London, who built his online bank roll playing $ 1 sit’n’go tournaments, has amassed millions in winnings over his short but explosive career, primarily playing heads up cash games online.
He won the UK Open IV in 2007 for $ 200,000 and was also the biggest cash winner on the current series of The Poker Den. When travelling the poker circuit he rooms with his friend and PokerPlayer contributor Roberto Romanello who recently won the European Open V.
“I’m totally thrilled to sign with Full Tilt Poker as a red pro,” said Feldman. “In many ways it’s a dream come true, it has the best software and strongest team of players so I hope I can do them and myself proud.”
Nick Ferro of Check-Raise Management, which represents Feldman, said, “Andrew is a phenomenal natural talent and it’s not surprising that he has signed with the best in the business. He’s still only young so expect much more from him as he develops over the coming years. The prospects are, quite frankly, frightening.”
Feldman joins Swede Michael Tureniec who also recently signed for the site. Other Europeans on the Full Tilt roster include Jens Voertmann (Germany), Sigi Stockinger (Austria), Claudio Rinaldi (Switzerland), Soren Kongsgaard (Denmark), Nikolay Evdakov (Russia), Alessio Isaia (Italy), and Trond Erik Eidsvig (Norway), as well as a host of the biggest names from the U.S. including Mike Matusow, Howard Lederer, Phil Ivey, and Chris Ferguson.
