Play poker on XBLA
Tired of staring at your laptop or chucking chips round the local casino? Then fire up your console, send your buddies a private message and start butting heads on Xbox’s brand new Full House Poker.
Available on the console’s Xbox Live (XBLA) marketplace, Full House Poker allows you to challenge computer opponents in a single-player mode, or go up against 30 of your friends and fellow Xbox users in big play-money tournaments.
There’s shinny 3D graphics, some cool animations and with a host of unlockables, virtual cash, experience points and shinny new outfits for your Xbox avatar up for grabs, there’s definitely worse ways to spend your time.
The game costs 800 Microsoft Points (around $10) and is available now.
