Season 4, Borgata Poker Open Al Ardebili and Ricardo Festejo were two local amateurs battling heads-up for a $1.5m fi rst prize at the WPT Borgata Open. Festejo, whose A-2 was dominating his opponent’s 3-2 on a flop of 2-7-K, was put to a huge test when Ardebili checkraised him all-in. After lengthy deliberation Festejo made what Mike Sexton dubbed ‘the call of the decade’. Unfortunately, a heartbreaking Three on the turn gifted Ardebili the tournament.
2. Negreanu v Hansen – High Stakes Poker, Season 2
The biggest pot on High Stakes Poker sees Negreanu’s full house cracked by Hansen’s quad Fives for $575,000.
3. Brunson v Reese – WSOP 2006 H.O.R.S.E. final table
